Our first designs were from fabric donated by Lou Register Furniture Store. This started our first charity project in 1991.
Rewarding
Turbans have been furnished to the Cancer Society and anyone in need since 2003.

Fun parties are planned throughout the year.
“A giving club where you make friends that last a lifetime.”
We are a friendly and welcoming group of ladies that spend our spare time making projects involving knitting, crocheting, embroidery, sewing, quilting, among others. If a project involves a needle, thread or yarn, you will find someone working on it in our Club.
We meet every Friday at the Kuentz Recreation Center (corner of Stardust and RH Johnson) in the Mesa Room (formerly Craft Room 4) beginning at 7:30 a.m. until 11:00 a.m. We have coffee and tea on hand, as well as snacks that someone may have brought in to share. Feel free to bring in your own drink and/or snack to enjoy during our weekly get together.
At 9:00 a.m. each Friday, updates will be given as to events, new projects, members’ news and any correspondence that may have been received. We then have a “show and tell” of the beautiful items our members have donated that week, along with showing any current projects they are working on that they would like to share.
You can work on any of our charity projects from either donated or your own supplies. You can also bring along your own personal projects to work on while you are socializing with our friendly group.
If you need some help with various knitting or crocheting instructions, we have a wealth of knowledgeable members who can assist you. Members will also share new knitting, sewing or crocheting techniques and/or patterns if you would like to learn something new.
Our Business Meetings are held on the last Friday of the month beginning at 9:00 a.m. (except for June, July and August when attendance is reduced).
If you like crafting and socializing with a nice group, come and join us. We look forward to meeting you!
Absolutely everything we make in the Club is donated. We rely on donations and the generosity of our club members to create our beautiful products.
Our Club gladly accepts donations of yarn, fabric, crafting supplies, etc. Know that when you donate to our club, the finished products will go to deserving people.
